Magnesium Gluconate: 50mg.
Zinc Gluconate: 35mg(Equivalent to 5mg Zinc).
Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide): 2mg.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride): 1mg.
Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol): 1200IU.
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin): 2.5µg.
Additives: Gelatin capsule shell, Magnesium stearate, starch, talc just enough for 1 capsule.

Usage:
Take it directly orally.
Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 Almin tablet (1st pill) +1 Almin tablet (2nd pill)/1 time, 2-3 times a day, after meals.
Children from 5-12 years old: 1 Almin tablet (1st pill) +1 Almin tablet (2nd pill)/1 time, 1 time a day, after meals.
